"Don’t recommend unless you like to be mistreated. Sally hang up on me while inquiring about my policy . Disappointed. To your reply updated November 19,2024 . I had no issues with my current agent I had to start a new policies because State Farm raises my premium and I don’t have any records of any. If you don’t recall me calling your office then you need to contact Sher Volker she is the one forwarded my call to your office . If you have an employee name sally then don’t say I’m posting wrong allegations. Until now I haven’t received my new policy documents and I been charged another $70 today . How can you help ?! Please educate sally to answer the phone and help customers inquires. My new polices is $66.17 for my two cars with more coverage so I been waiting on my new policy . Still disappointed:("

"My very first phone call, from Jamie, convinced me that I had found my property insurance agent. She knew the right questions to ask, in order to provide me with a clear and concise quotation. I needed auto, homeowner, umbrella liability and special coverage for my piano. The quotation was going to provide me with excellent coverage, at a savings of, at least, $1,000, over my previous company. I met Amanda Carling, Agent, while visiting the local State Farm office. She, too, is a hands-on person and I feel totally confident in the policies they have provided, through their company. My previous career, as an insurance agent for, 25 years, prepared me to recognize excellence in service."
